Before founding EG Business Metrics, Brian Golob spent 19 years at Russell Investments, launching new businesses and leading teams through change. He helped establish Russell’s asset management business in Japan (1998–2003) and led product innovation in implementation services and OCIO. As Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (2009–2017), he guided Russell’s response to the financial crisis.

Leveraging machine learning, EGBM assesses organizational risk across Culture, Controls, and Business Model, delivering risk-ranked scores to enable proactive decision-making and early issue detection.
