As a technology-focused attorney, my passion is working with clients throughout the creative process and protecting the results of their hard work. As a former in-house patent attorney and an inventor, I know the pressures and challenges my clients must navigate, and I focus on finding solutions and providing clients with options that best protect their innovations while also advancing their business.

My work includes the full spectrum of intellectual property protection from drafting and prosecuting patents to post-grant proceedings, opinion drafting, and market competition analysis. While my emphasis on is on software and electronics, including AI and machine learning, consumer products, mechanical devices, business methods, and in other fields. My work includes preparation and prosecution of patents on a variety of fields including networking (telephony and IP), electric vehicles, service robots, electronic security systems, materials handling equipment, and neural networks. As a private pilot, I also have a strong interest in aviation and avionics. Regardless of the technology at hand, I love working with inventors, engineers, and business professionals to find the right solution for their needs.
